The Lastrina Family Holiday Food Drive

Lastrina Girls is excited to give back this holiday season!
We will be providing Cook-at-Home meals for families in need.
Your Cook-at-Home Meal will include:

Main dish – ham or turkey
Side dishes – stuffing, potatoes, gravy, veggies, etc.
Dessert

All meal pick-ups will be on Monday, December 23rd, from 1pm-5pm at Lastrina Girls Bridal Salon, 179 Main Street, Middletown CT.

Please submit the form below by December 13^th to secure a meal and we will provide a Cook-at-Home meal for your household:

Yes, I understand that this meal will be given to me un-cooked with main ingredients provided and that I will need my own various household goods to cook my meal such as milk, eggs, butter, seasonings, etc

Yes, I understand that my Cook-at-Home meal must be picked up on Monday, December 23rd between 1-5pm at Lastrina Girls Bridal Salon located at 179 Main Street, Middletown CT.

If for any reason, you are no longer in need of your meal, please notify us immediately so we may offer the food to another family.
